Meet Jana

With over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting, finance, leadership, and hiring, I’ve spent my career helping professionals grow into their next level of success. As both a leader and hiring manager, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to stand out, stay adaptable, and compete effectively in a changing market!

Equipped with a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, an MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business, and an ICF-accredited coaching certification, I bring a combination of business expertise, hiring insight, and strategic coaching support to every client engagement.

As a seasoned military spouse, I have firsthand experience with navigating career change:  I’ve relocated multiple times, often rebuilding my career from the ground up in new cities and new industries. I’ve reentered the workforce after raising children, navigated career pivots and promotions, and built a business from scratch. That perspective shapes the empathy, structure, and practicality I bring to my work every day.
