Yes! A certified coach has completed extensive training and has met rigorous standards set by the International Coach Federation (ICF). This guarantees that you are working with a professional who is ethically and legally bound to uphold the highest standards of coaching.
Typically, we meet with clients once a week. This frequency helps to maximize results and maintain momentum of our work together.
In order to make the coaching sessions as efficient and convenient as possible for our clients, we offer a variety of virtual options such as phone, Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and FaceTime. We provide coaching services to clients in many different time zones, so the preferred method is virtual.
With commitment and consistent effort, you can expect to see tangible results that will see you well on your way to achieving your ambitions. However, the focus is not on how quickly you see results. Rather, it’s on the quality of the results and whether or not they are sustainable in the long term. Real change takes time. But, with a professional coach or consultant in your corner, dedicated to your unique goals, you have the potential to achieve optimal results.
As a certified coach, I am legally bound to uphold the ICF’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct. This includes protecting your confidentiality. You can feel safe knowing that anything you share with me during our coaching sessions, both written and verbal, will remain between us.
We offer three (3) discounted coaching packages to help fit your individual needs and budget.
Individual coaching sessions are priced at $155 per session.
Payment for discounted coaching packages is due upon purchase. Payments for individual coaching sessions will be processed at the end of each session.
Coaching packages may be redeemed up to one (1) year after the purchase date.
Each package includes a 1:1 strategy session to discuss your career goals, a professionally written resume tailored to your experience, and a cover letter and thank you email template. Resumes are delivered in ATS-friendly Word and PDF formats, with two rounds of revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

We can work with your existing resume or start from scratch, depending on your needs. During your strategy session, we’ll determine the best approach to highlight your skills and accomplishments effectively. Turnaround times vary by package, but most resumes are completed within 5–7 business days after your strategy session. Executive-level packages may take up to 10 business days to ensure every detail is perfect.
